Good service. An exceptional female member of staff I forgot to find out her name. But light hair and she wasn't from England is the best way to describe her. She recommended a beautiful grapefruit gin which was a beautiful drink. The place was let down by their general manager Terri. She had clearly finished work and stayed downstairs for drinks. I didn't realise but had come over and taken "back" a stool that I had obtained from a table she wasn't sitting with accused me of taking it From the group she was with. Just to make clear I had asked her table and they said it was being used so I went to the next table that was happy to give it to me....

Very nice venue and well presented food. The transport theme of the interior is original and well conceived making great use of the building. Good, no nonsense food served elegantly with just the right quantity. Decent wine list at less than extortionate prices. Would definitely go again.

Lovely building with really cool features. Very different to anywhere else in the area. Food is good - bit expensive but that's expected in this area. Staff are always very friendly and the place is dog friendly which is always nice to see.

Good food and great atmosphere, just a shame they ran out of prosecco on Christmas Eve!

Friendly service, excellent laid back atmosphere. Lots of families and parents all enjoying a traditional but thoroughly modern gastropub. Sunday lunch is excellent with huge Yorkshire puddings and endless gravy - perfect to ease you in to another week. Breakfast has complimentary unlimited toast which covers for any delays to orders coming through which is a clever touch.

After she approached me I said to her that just to be clear I had taken it from a different table, she made a very "smart" rude comment as I walked away. To then find out that she was a manager there was shocking as I'd expect that from a punter not a manager. It completely let's down a beautiful place with generally a l9vely atmosphere. I wrote this as I feel a "manager they should be welcoming instead of being rude. I am a manger myself and if I treated my clients this way I would be letting down the whole team. Which i feel she did
